Liki Tiki - T Rex Cafe!

After Hanging out at the pool all day we had dinner reservations at the T-Rex Cafe at Downtown Disney. The kids were so excited they could hardly wait! Tyler & Krisia as well as my parents joined us and it was definately a dining experience worth the wait and money spent!

My Mom bought the kids some explorations backpacks and little dino's to play with while we waited for our food (she's such a pushover now that she's a Nana!) BUT I wouldn't have it any other way!

This T-Rex was so close to our table! The restaraunt was really cool, every 20 minutes a meteor shower would come thru and the lights would dim, with stars flying over us in the ceiling and all the dino's in the place would go crazy! It was awesome.

Ethan took his new Buzz Raygun and was shooting the dino's while we waited for our table!

Right outside the entrance to T-Rex they have an area where you can go "exploring" and dig for dino bones. It was pretty amazing, they have little wooden paintbrushes and you dig off the "dirt" to find bones. I think the kids would have stayed in there all night if we had let them! They went exploring both before and after we ate!

Daddy & Emma found something! We all actually had fun digging for dino bones. All the adults got in on the action as well!
