Cannonballs, Swimming, & "THROW ME!"

The kids both love the beach or salty water as Ethan calls it, they love to swim, look for shells, build sandcastles or put on the their goggles and "snorkle" but the pool is always a favorite for everyone and it's so good to go jump in the pool after spending the morning on the beach.

The kids had a lot of fun this particular day with Aunt Ashley...

...Who was doing cannonballs with Emma in the deep end. I LOVE this shot!

Ethan couldn't quite figure out the whole cannonball thing, and let me tell you we all laughed and laughed as he would bend down, grab his knees, then stand up and jump into the water, he would come out of the water and say "I did it!" Too cute. Aunt Ashley jumped a couple of time with him and he also got to swim all the way across the deep end of the pool with Nana. He is becoming such a great swimmer.

Another favorite of the kids is when Daddy throws them. They hang all over him in the pool and BEG him "Daddy throw us, please throw us" and this is the result! Alex had to be particularly careful while we were at this pool since the bird wires were soooo low!

These two photos prety much sum up the pool time with the kids. Ethan of course has goggle eyes since he hardly ever takes his goggles off, and Emma, well Emma could stay in the water all day and be absolutely content!
