Liki Tiki - Shopping!

Emma and Ethan have been saving their allowance money for 3 months now in anticipation of our vacation to Orlando. The money was burning a hole in their little pockets, so instead of wating unti Wednesday night when we had dinner reservations planned, we made a little trip to Downtown Disney on Monday night so they could buy their new toys. They wer SO excited!

When we first got their the kids were in awe of everything Disney. This is the first time Emma and Ethan have been to Downtown Disney except for when they were very small and dont' remember. Emma saw all the princess dresses outside one of the stores and was jumping up and

down and telling Ethan to "look, look Bubby"

Emma loves everything princess and fairy and I had told her about being able to make a wish and get some fairy dust in her hair so of course we had to make a stop at the Bibbity Boppity Botique for her to have this experience!


As much as Emma loves princesses and fairies Ethan is so into Toy Story 3 right now. He adores Woody and Buzz and unlike his sister who had to do some serious thought provoking shopping (she is a girl afterall) he knew what he was going to buy before we even pulled into the parking lot! Such a male! But when he saw Buzz outside of the toy store he was super excited!


Not that you can see their faces but here are the prized finds..Emma got a Princess Dress up doll set, and Ethan got Buzz Lightyear Laser gun.


Alex was almost as excited as the kids to get to show them the Lego store...he is a kid in that place! They thougth the dragon made of Legos was pretty cool.


And then Ethan found Woody made of Lego...what more could a 2 year old boy ask for?!?!


They got to "pet" the Lego dogs too!


Alex took this picture of Ethan while Emma and I were shopping for her...and it fits him pretty well these days since we are in the terrible two's of correction these days!

We headed over to T-Rex just to check it out before our reservations on Wedensday night. The kids were in awe and couldn't wait to eat there...more on that post next!
