Emma's 3rd Birthday Celebrations!

Emma is THREE! Can you believe it? The last 3 years have absolutely flown by. I cannot believe my little baby is growing up so fast! Emma is little miss independence and little miss DRAMA QUEEN. Drama queen might just be an uderstatement! :) On a daily basis she amazes Alex and I, and if you could only hear some of the conversations this child has with people. Emma absolutely LOVES her little brother and she is truely the sweetest child I have ever met, always telling Alex and I how much she loves us or how great we are or how beautiful Mommy is! :) So adorable. Anyways, with her surgery and with all the rest of the surgeries in our extended family we didn't plan a "formal" birthday party this year, but instead Emma had 3 parties for her 3rd birthday!
The first party was at Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Mosley's house. Emma, Great Grandpa, and 2nd cousin Dawson all celebrate birthdays in March so we had a little party for them. Emma was up and feeling pretty good that afternoon (the Sat. after her surgery) so we went over for a little while. She played pin the tail on the donkey, decorated her own birthday cake and got to open gifts. It was a fun party but she was tired afterwards!

Her 2nd party took place the day after her birthday. Emma and I made cupcakes that afternoon, and then Nana, Papa, Jenny, Ashley, and Kaley came over to celebrate. We all had dinner together and Emma got more gifts! Somehow between making the cupcakes and dinner the candles got thrown away but we still sang to her and ate the cupcakes together! Emma got more rooms for her dollhouse and she also got a little van that goes with the set and she and Ethan have been playing dollhouse ever day since then!

Her 3rd party was this past Sunday and Gigi, Pop Pop, Aunt Aimee, Uncle Mikey, Gabe and Gavin came. This time Mommy bought Emma a small cake from Publix and was sure to NOT loose the candles! We had cake and ice cream and Emma opened more gifts. She got some really cute outfits from Gigi & Pop Pop as well as a cool water table that Emma, Ethan, and Gabe had a ball with after opening.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated Emma's birthday with us! We missed those of you who couldn't make it! Another birthday has come and gone.....my kids are growing up WAY TOO FAST!
