C MaK - Birthday Party for Jesus

We kicked off C MaK (Crestview Moms and Kids) in November with a goup of Moms & kids, Katie Rippy, Fawn Taylor, Brandy Victor, and me all run it. We plan to meet two times a month and reach out to Stay at Home moms with preschool age children in the area. We had one meeting in December and it was our Happy Birthday Jesus Party! It went so well, we were all thrilled with how it turned out and the fact that we doubled in size from our first playgroup in November!

We had a cake with candles and the kids all sang Happy Birthday to Jesus!

We had Khloe that day so of course she tagged along with us and had lots of fun with all the little ones her age.

We also had storytime that Fawn led. It was a wonderful story of how God wants "us" for Christmas, it was all interactive and all the kids did so well listening and sitting quietly.

Fawn & me were head of crafts and we did a special poem page with the manger scene.

Emma made her own craft with a little assistance from me and she was so proud of herself! We got home and hung it on the Fridge!

We love our C MaK group and are looking foward to 2011 as it hopefully grows into more of a ministry to reach Moms and Kids in our area.
