Walt Disney World 2010 - Part Two

We woke up bright and early Monday morning to get ready to head to the Magic Kingdom. Emma and Ethan certainly wern't hard to get out of bed on that particular morning! As soon as I said "we are going to Disney today" they both popped up and practically jumped out of bed! We had powdered donuts and choc milk for breakfast in our room, donned the kids first visit badges and headed down to the bus stop.

Little man was proudly displaying his Toy Story shirt as the number one thing on his list was to ride the Space Ranger Spin, more on that later, the boys were ready for some fun!

I love this picture of me and Emma! She was super excited and couldn't wait to hopefully see some Disney Princesses.

Emma noticed everything on our way to the Magic Kingdom and she was so excited! She wanted photos of everything, I snapped this one as we went thru the entrance to the park, and when she saw the tip of the spire for Cinderella's Castle she was freaking out! We also showed her the monorail (planning to take a ride later in the day) on the way their, it was funny too because one of the other guests on the bus said "look there's the train" to which Emma politely responded, "no, that not a train, my Daddy said that's the monorail!" HA!

Off the bus and they can hardly stand the excitement!

Classic Family Photo in front of Cinderella's Castle. It was pretty overcast during the day, but the weather was absolutely gorgeous, and it literally didn't rain on us until we were leaving the park that night and walking to the bus lines!

When we got into the park we got there just in time to get a great seat for the Mickey and Friends show. At first the kids weren't sure about staying, they wanted to go ride the rides, but we waited and they were glad we did because....

Emma got to see her most favorite Disney Princess of all time, Cinderella! Cinderella even waved to her at one point in the show, which really made her day!

At first Ethan was a little bored with all the princesses and then out came Peter Pan and Captain Hook...he perked right up as one of his most favorite things in the world right now is pirates!

And of course what's a Mickey and Friends show without the stars of Magic Kingdom themselves! Mickey & Minnie Mouse!

It was a very entertaining show complete with fireworks and confetti at the end. A great way to start off our day!

After the show we headed to Fantasyland. We headed to the Peter Pan's Flight where we waited in our longest line of the day at 45 minutes. I was a little overwhelmed to be honest thinking that if this was how the whole day was going to be it would be a long one...but thankfully that was the only thing we waited that long for, especially after we figured out how the fast passes worked! I didn't get a photo of Emma and I but the picture of Ethan and Alex is priceless!

After Peter Pan's Flight we headed to Mickey's Philharmagic, the kids thought the 3D glasses were awesome! Emma LOVE the show, and she kept reaching out and trying to touch all of the flying 3D characters and objects. Me and Ethan had to take our glasses off about half way thru, but it was still a fun show to see!

We hit up ToonTown as well. Here's a photo of Emma and Ethan outside of Mickey's House.

We also got to see where Minnie Mouse lives too! After Toontown we took a ride on the Train that circles the park and headed towards Fantasyland...where we got Ethan's highlight of the day!
