Mother's Day 2010

Mother's Day 2010 we spend at my cousin Tiffany's house in Clermont. It was a really fun day of just relaxing and having fun at the lake. I wish that Alex could have joined us, but it was fun for me to have some time with my parents and sisters (it's hard to get all of us together anymore!).

Emma and Ethan had a ball in the Lake. At first they weren't so sure of the water, but once they got used to it they liked the fact that there weren't really any waves to knock them over like in the ocean. Emma even figured out how to "sun bathe" with her lifejacket on!

Tiffany and Brad have a jet ski that we all had fun on. Ethan kept calling it the "water motorcycle" and he even got to drive it (with adult supervision of course!). Emma loved going so fast on the water and enjoyed trying to find "bumps" (waves) to go over!

This would be BIG BERTHA. Our cousin Caleb is down from Tennessee for the summer so he went with us. Caleb, Kaley, and Ashley had the first ride on Big Bertha with Tiffany as their driver...I think before the ride was over they thought their lives might end! Emma and Ethan played in the tube but did not go for a ride!

Grandma and Grandpa went for a ride in the Pontoon Boat with Brad and Emma wanted to join them. They were gone for a while and Emma told us how much fun she had! We also had the surf board out at some point.

It was a great day of fun in the sun and some yummy food too! It's been too long since I've seen my cousin and her family and hopefully we won't wait that long the next time around!
