Isabella

My niece, Isabella Kaylynn, is having surgery this afternoon at 12:00 noon. Her results from the biopsy came back yesterday morning that she does have Hirschsprung's Disease. It is a problem where the nerve cells didn't form correctly in her intestines while she was growing and now they have to go in and remove the damaged intestine to fix it. We are praying today for a very small amount of her instestines to be affected and that the surgeon, Dr. Chate, will be able to go ahead and perform the Pull Through while Isabella is in surgery this afternoon. Here are a few specifics to pray with us about:

1. Isabella - that she will do well in surgery and have a quick and easy recovery
2. That God will guide Dr. Chates hands as he does surgery on Isabella
3. For only a small amount of the intestines to be affected.
4. Angela & Aaron (her parents) that God will grant them grace and strength while she's in surgery and in the following weeks during her recovery.
5. Charles - (Isabella's big brother). He's being a trooper through all of this and doesn't really understand all that is going on at 1 1/2 years of age, but he's been with lots of family and friends during the past 2 weeks and his litle routine is up in the air right now.
