Ashley's Birthday

I cannnot believe that my middle little sister is 18 years old! Good grief, how time flies. Mom and Dad took Ash to the beach with a couple of her friends this week and Emma and I drove down to spend 2 days. We enjoyed going out to dinner on Wednesday night and then hanging out at the beach on Thursday. The above picture is of my parents, sisters, Emma and I (Alex couldn't make it down because he had to work late). We all went out to dinner at the Beach House for Ashley's Bday dinner and for desert the waitress brought a HUGE dessert of icecream & cake. Ashley was kind enough to share with everyone and as you can see little Emma very much enjoyed having her very own spoon to get as much icecream as her little heart wanted! Needless to say we had to take a tubby when we got back to the room because Emma had ice cream ALL OVER HER!

Here is Emma on Thursday hanging out at the beach. Emma absolutely loves the water, especially the pool, but we did get her to play in the sand some and of course she enjoyed chasing the Sea Gulls!
