Explorations V

Daddy is off today and tomorrow so we promised Emma we would go back to Explorations V Childrens Museum which is in downtown Lakeland. I have been several times with the kids and Emma and Ethan always have so much fun so we decided to take Daddy along to play today. Emma had a ball showing her Daddy everything and playing with him, Momma & Ethan. It was a fun way to spend the morning together as a family and start Daddy's 2 days off together.

There are so many exibits at the museum! Above Alex playing with Ethan in the space ship, then with Emma and Ethan in the Teepee in Indian Country, Alex and Emma also made a good maze for one of the balls to go down, and then Emma, Ethan and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast that Emma "cooked" for us in the home kitchen area.



There are 3 stories to Explorations V and this is Ethan downstairs on the indoor playground where there is also the pretend Orange Processing Plant.

By far one of our favorite exhibits is the miniature Publix Supermarkets store. They have small buggies and play food set up in all the bins with a bakery, deli, and meat section. Emma and Ethan love to "shop" and then Emma goes and puts on the vest to be the cashier at the working cash register.
