Well, it's official! We were able to go today (yes, a day early) for our 20 wk ultrasound. Needless to say Alex and I are both ecstatic! Our appointment was scheduled for 12:00 p.m. and we didn't get out of there until 1:15. Our little baby was being VERY stubborn (Alex says he takes after his mommy!) he kept crossing his legs, then he was indian style, then he pulled the umbilical cord up between his legs, FINALLY - after about 40 minutes the ultrasound tech pushed on my belly and the baby moved. IT'S A BOY! Alex jumped up and screamed "YES"! We are very happy and cannot wait until Ethan Alexander joins us sometime this fall. My original due date was November 6th but they said according to measurements today it's more likely to be October 3oth.

We heard Ethan's little heart beating away. His spinal cord has already closed and everything looks perfectly healthy. The ultrasound tech also said according to measurements Ethan weighs approximately 11 oz. Thank you God for a healthy baby! Anyways, here are the pictures!
