Easter Afternoon

We spent Easter afternoon with Alex's family since my family was all under the weather. It was nice to be with everyone and as always the food at Grammies is wonderful! We throughoughly enjoyed ourselves and as you will see from the pictures so did Emma.

Gigi and Pop Pop got all of the grandkids easter baskets (even the 2 on the way!). Here is Emma enjoying the "grass" in her basket! Isn't that how it always is, it's like how the box is better than the present it contained!

Emma just loves Charlie...if you are family and you read any of the other cousins blogs then you know all about her little "love tap"! Here they are kissing and making up. She didn't mean to hurt him!

Here is one of the last pictures of the day. Emma had so much candy and sugar on Easter, but I figure hey, you can only be a kid for so long so I might as well let her enjoy it while she can! Earlier in the afternoon she enjoyed icecream with Aunt Angela, Uncle Aaron, Daddy, Cierra and Cailey. Then after we had the egg hunt and candy hunt for the big kids Emma stole a blow pop from Uncle Aarons basket...you would have thought the child was in heaven! Needless to say when she finished Grammie and Papa's porch needed and scrub down and Emma ended her day with a tubby!
